Downloading and Installation

How do I install a product?
Most products have similar installation processes. Download the installer file from the product's page or the download URL provided for purchased products. We recommend saving the installer on your Desktop or other easy-to-find location. To install the product make sure the entire installer file has finished saving to your hard drive. When download is finished close all other applications, double click on the *.exe file and follow the instructions that are given.
What are the hardware and software requirements to the products?
Each product has a different set of system requirements. Please refer to the product's page to find the requirements for the specific product you are trying to use.
Is it possible to buy a CD/DVD-ROM instead of a download?
Unless otherwise stated, you may expect to receive the product electronically.
How do I uninstall a product?
If you wish to uninstall a product from your Windows computer, please follow these steps:
  1. In your Start menu, go to the program group for your product and select the "Uninstall" option for your product.
  2. If the Uninstall option doesn't appear in your Start menu, try to locate the uninstaller file, "unins000.exe" in the product's program folder.
  3. If you cannot access the uninstaller or the Uninstall option, use "Add/Remove Programs" in your Windows Control Panel to uninstall the product.
I installed a free trial and the product says my trial time is expired. What is wrong?
This might be because the product was previously installed and used on your computer, and was uninstalled. Please purchase the product from our site to use the full version.
Can you extend my trial period?
Unfortunately, trial periods cannot be extended. Purchase the product to get an opportunity to fully experiment with it.
Is Internet connection required to use products presented by Gambana?
You need an Internet connection to download, install and register the product. Once the product is registered, you can use it offline as long and as often as you want. Please note that offline use does not apply to products that have been specifically designed to be used online such as MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games).

Is it possible to purchase products sold by Gambana without a credit card?
At this time we support online credit card orders only.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you submit the order.
Why my credit card is being rejected?
  • you may be trying to use a card we do not accept. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB;
  • your billing information does not match the billing information on file for that card. Please re-enter your credit card billing address and name exactly as it appears on your billing statement;
  • you have insufficient credit to cover the cost of the purchase. Please contact your bank directly to resolve the issue and try again.
  • your card has been blocked in our system because of suspected fraud. To correct this please contact us providing us with the first four and last four digits of your card number as well as email address you are attempting to use for your purchase, and we will gladly assist you further.
I live outside the United States. Will this reflect my order cost?
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Orders outside the United States must be charged to a credit card that can make international purchases. The price in your country's currency will depend on the exchange rate on the day you make your purchase. There will be no shipping surcharges on our downloaded products, because they are downloaded directly from our servers.
How are tax charges determined?
At present we are not required to collect sales tax on digital goods sold to U.S. customers. Though depending on how current Internet tax laws change sales tax may be collected. The amount of sales tax collected is in accordance with the policies of your tax jurisdiction.
I received a confirmation email message. Does this mean that I have been charged again?
Email confirmation messages refer to one order and provide only one order number. If you believe that multiple charges took place, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name, email address used when you purchased the product, name of product purchased, and all the transaction numbers associated with the multiple charges.
Is it safe to use my credit card for purchasing at Gambana.com?
We have taken great precautions to ensure that your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a secure manner. We use SSL Encryptions that protects you by ensuring that nobody but you and the credit card processor will see your card.

Registration

How do I register a product?
In order to register and unlock full version of the product you must purchase it first. Once you have purchased a product, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message with instructions on how to register your product.
What should I do if I did not receive an email message with instructions for registering my product?
If you did not receive a confirmation email message you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly at the time of purchase. Also please check any email filters and junk mail folders for the email. If this does not solve the problem, contact us. Please be sure to provide your full name, your email address used during purchase and name of product purchased, so that we can locate your order.
I entered an incorrect e-mail address while ordering, how can I change it?
Please contact us providing your full name, name of product purchased and the date you purchased it. We will look up your order, and change your email address in our database.
My registration key does not work. What should I do?
Please double check that you are entering the code exactly as it is delivered in your registration email. The code must be spelled and capitalized exactly as it appears in the email. Also note that Gambana unlock keys do not work for products downloaded at any other website. If you have installed a different version of the same product (from a different Website), please delete it, then download and install the Gambana.com version. If you are still having problems with unlocking the product please contact us. Please be sure to provide your full name, your email address used during purchase, name of product purchased and order ID, so that we can locate your order.
My hard drive crashed. Do I need to re-pay for purchased products?
If you have reformatted your system, changed the hardware or decided to use the product on another computer, you will need to re-download and re-register it. You do not have to repay to re-register your product.
How do I re-register a product?
First, download and install a new copy of the product. Then open it and click on the "Already Paid" button. Enter registration code and enjoy full version of the game.

Refunds

What is the refund policy on purchases?
We believe that customer satisfaction is the highest priority. Thus, if you are experiencing a problem with your product, we strive to assist you in making your product work properly. If we are unable to solve the problem you are having, you can then submit a refund request. Your refund request will be considered if - you have permanently deleted and destroyed all files associated with the product from your system; - the refund period has not yet expired. Refund period is 72 hours from the time of purchase. If you have already submitted a support request within 72 hours of purchase, you do not need to submit a refund request at this time. Your refund will be honored if your first support request was received by us within the refund period.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund please contact us within 72 hours of your purchase. Be sure to include your full name, order ID, email address used at the time of purchase and the reason for returning the product. We strive to respond all e-mails within 3 business days.
I received a refund for a product, but I don't see the credit on my credit card statement? Why?
Please allow seven to fourteen business days for your refund to be processed. Your financial institution determines the date the credit will appear on your credit card statement. Please do not submit multiple requests in order to expedite your refund, actually it may slow the processing of your original request.
